Every transmission purchased through eBay includes a 1 Month / 1,000 Mile Limited Parts Warranty, beginning on the shipment date, whichever occurs first.

This warranty covers internal transmission component failure resulting from defects in the transmission assembly.

Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

* Diagnostic charges

* Programming, coding, calibration, or relearn procedures

* Transmission fluid, filters, seals, gaskets, mounts, coolers, lines, sensors, electrical components, or external accessories unless specifically stated

* Towing, rental vehicles, storage fees, lost wages, or downtime

* Damage caused by improper installation, contaminated fluid, overheating, lack of lubrication, abuse, racing, modification, accidents, or neglect

* Damage resulting from failure to service or replace the transmission cooler or failure to follow manufacturer installation procedures

* Incidental or consequential damages

Professional Installation Required

Warranty coverage requires:

* Installation by a licensed professional repair facility

* OEM or manufacturer-approved transmission fluid

* Transmission cooler flushed or replaced according to manufacturer specifications

* Proper programming, adaptation, and relearn procedures (when applicable)

Failure to meet these requirements may void the warranty.
